As the 2021 season was cut short the club has funds left over that are available for the 2022 season. The committee has decided the following;
• Provide all registered players in 2022 with a training shirt as part of the registration fee.
• Allocate money to coaching equipment and training in 2022
• Any other equipment upgrades required for the club

Coaching Coordinator
We have appointed Neil Blackmore as the coaching coordinator for 2022. Neil who some of you will know in 2019 coached our under 15 1st Division side and in 2020 our Under 14 Girls 1st Division side. Neil has had many years of experience coaching across all age groups in the UK and Australia and holds coaching qualifications attained from the English Football Association equivalent to the FFA C license. The committee is excited to have Neil at the club and he will be working with Football South Coast Football programs director Jonathan Forster to review and implement coaching support across the club in 2022. We will be providing more information on this over the coming months.
UOW Seniors
Bec Djokic has been elected again to the seniors committee for season 2022 to assist in the oversight of senior women’s football and will look at assisting the junior girls transitioning to senior football and overseeing this area within the juniors.
Gareth Lucas has also been elected as a Vice President for the 2022 season. Gareth will focus on bringing the two entities closer together over the next year by reviewing how this can become embedded over the next few seasons.
It is important that the juniors are represented on the senior committee and they are keen for our relationship to grow and for UOW football in general to become stringer over the coming seasons
